Sleeping is one of the most important part of our life. We spend about 4% to 5% of our life just for sleeping. But now a days, People are becoming more successful, If People are successful, They should work hard and in order to work hard they should put a lot of time into their work and as they spend  lot of time in their work, They sleep for a very less time. Son, now the question is, WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LITERALLY STOPPED SLEEPING?

WHAT IF YOU STOPPED SLEEPING…

During first 2 days without sleep, You will have some positive results like being positive and brain function but it is a slippery slope. Slowly your brain function decreases day by day. Your brain shuts off the regions responsible for positive planning and taking correct decisions. Then after few more days without sleep you will find yourself being slow and the reaction time of you body decrease rapidly. Then your body becomes so weak that your body can’t breakdown glucose and the immune system stops working. Then if you stopped sleeping for 3 days, You will witness HALLUCINATION. The studies proved that people with less sleep tend to be lazy and look very less attractive. So, if you stopped sleeping for more than a month, It will definitely lead to death.

WHAT IS THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF SLEEP WE SHOULD HAVE?

OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, MANY SCIENTISTS AND RESEARCHERS HAVE BEEN DISCUSSING ABOUT THIS SLEEPING ACTIVITY AND THEY HAVE NORMALLY DIVIDED PEOPLE INTO THREE GROUPS WHICH CONSISTED OF PEOPLE WHO SLEPT FOR  8 HOURS, 6 HOURS AND 4-5 HOURS. THIS DIVISION OF PEOPLE SHOWED VARIOUS RESULTS IN THEIR EVERYDAY ACTIVITIES.

PEOPLE WITH 4 HOURS OF SLEEP:

People with four hours of sleep obviously fell asleep during their classes. They did not have enough sleep at all. Day by day, The brain function decreased and showed a mass decline in the functioning of the brain. These people with  less sleep have suffered with stress and anxiety. Many scientists also proved that people who sleep for less than four hours have risk of Heart disease, Diabetes and Obesity.

PEOPLE WITH 6 HOURS OF SLEEP:

When compared to people who sleep for 4 hours, This section of people did pretty well but even this amount of sleep is not at all a good sleep. After fourteen days of 6 hour sleep, The people showed a similar reaction time with a person with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10% which is considered legally drunk.

PEOPLE WITH 8 HOURS OF SLEEP:

Apart from the other two sections of people, The people with 8 hours if sleep did really good and the results are impressive. The brain function was up to the  mark and it never showed a decline in the brain function.

AS WE CAN SEE FROM THE ABOVE STUDY, THE PEOPLE WITH 8 HOURS OF SLEEP DID A VERY GOOD JOB. AT THE SAME TIME, SLEEPING FOR A LONG TIME IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU BECAUSE IT ALSO SHOULD THE SAME RISKS AS IT SHOWED FOR THE PEOPLE WITH LESS SLEEP. SO, THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF SLEEP THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE IS 7-8 HOURS.
